Refund policy
We take the customer experience very seriously. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 60 natural days since you receive the item, we will process your return/refund request, and give you a solution within 48 hours. Please note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; please read our full policy below. Any request after 60 natural days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@calicslight.com) at first.
Non-returnable items:
Clearance Sale Items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Customized products are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 60 natural days after you receive them.
Packed in original packaging with lamp shade, all parts and components.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in new condition with no damage or cut wires.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at (support@calicslight.com)with photos and/or videos that show us the defect to verify in 60 natural days since you receive the item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will provide you the solution within 48 hours.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). No matter what reason for return, customer should pay the shipping fee first.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund within 4-6 working days
Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products, send wrong address), customers charge the shipping fee first, and send us(support@calicslight.com) the shipping fee bill, we will provide a full refund and the return shipping fee for you within 4-6 working days since we receive the return item.
If the return is due to the customer’s problem (such as: ordering by mistake/don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size, the postal address provided is incorrect or incomplete), customer should be responsible for the shipping fee (deduct 15% of the customer's order amount). And we will refund the amount of order within 4-6 working days since we receive the return item.
If the return is due to the shipping party problem(such as: lost the package, send to the wrong address, damage during the transition), we will resend a new item or refund the amount of item within 4-6 working days.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 4-6 working days since we receive your refund request.
If you haven’t received the refund within 4-6 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at (support@calicslight.com)
