I searched for a long time to find this chandelier, it's really perfect for my new house, calicpaulspace gave me help, the installation took me some time but I was so excited when it lit up, it was a perfect shopping experience.

This chandelier is very adjustable. To avoid the wiring difficulties people talk about, add a couple inches of wire to the power cord coming out of the enclosure. That way you can connect all the wires outside the enclosure and tuck everything back in. Mounting to the ceiling is a pain in the ass. The light is heavy enough to bend the included mounting rod, so you'll need to put anchors in the ceiling and screw in screws on each side, with very satisfying results!
